I created Rest & Recharge because I know what it's like to do "all the right things" and still wake up exhausted.

After navigating my own health journey through autoimmune diseases, cancer, and long-Covid, I became obsessed with understanding what really works, not just what sounds good on a wellness blog.

Here’s what I’ve learned: sleep after 40 is different. Your body's rhythms are shifting. Stress accumulates differently. Blood sugar fluctuates more. And the generic advice you find online wasn’t designed for the life you’re living now.

So I tested and tweaked until I found a way that works, without hours of ‘self-care’ practices. A flexible, doable system that helps me wake up clear-headed and stay energized throughout the day.

Week 1: KNOW Understand your rhythm & baseline

  • Establish your baseline so you can track real progress

By the end of Week 1, you’ll have a clear picture of where you are now, what's disrupting your sleep, and what your body needs.

Week 2: CREATE Create your sleep sanctuary & routine

  • Optimize your bedroom for deep rest (light, temperature, hidden disruptors)

  • Build a simple wind-down routine that signals your body it’s time for sleep

  • Identify what to eat (and avoid) in the evening to prevent middle-of-the-night wake-ups

By the end of Week 2, you’ll have a bedroom set up for quality sleep and an evening routine you can stick with.

Week 3: RESTORE Calm your mind & body

  • Learn techniques to release accumulated stress so your nervous system powers down

Questions?

  • The program runs for four weeks beginning in March, 2026. The exact dates will be communicated as soon as they are finalized.

    The live coaching calls will be held on Wednesdays at 12pm CST, and the replays will be available within 24 hours.

  • Replays will be posted within 24 hours for you to watch anytime. Live is best, but don’t worry if you can’t make it. You'll still have access to the community to ask questions and get support.

  • About 45 minutes for the live session. Between sessions, you'll spend a few minutes each day tracking your sleep and practicing your wind-down routine. Nothing overwhelming, but enough to see real results.

  • This program covers the foundations that help most sleep struggles: environment, routine, stress, and consistency. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder (like sleep apnea), this can complement your medical care but isn't a replacement for it. Not sure if it's right for you?
