If you’re tired of waking up exhausted and want natural ways to feel better, you’re in the right place.
Is This You?
You feel let down by the medical system after hearing your labs are *normal*, yet you still don’t feel well.
You don’t want to be on meds the rest of your life, but feel helpless to tackle all the things (diet, supplements, researching treatment options)
You don’t know where to start or how to navigate all the conflicting information
You’re tired of struggling with fatigue, weight gain, thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, or hormonal chaos.
And the worst part is, you never know how you’re going to feel on any given day.
You’re afraid to make social plans, host holiday parties, attend your child’s sporting events and school activities. You avoid making commitments because you don’t know if you’re going to feel up to it or not. You’re tired of cancelling and rescheduling.
Maybe you’ve tried:
- endless different doctors and health care providers
- extreme diets
- medications and supplements
- a sugar boost
- more caffeine
Here’s the truth: fatigue and chronic conditions are complicated, with many different causes, symptoms and effects. That means there isn’t just one way to feel better that works for everyone all the time.
YOU NEED A PERSONALIZED APPROACH.
You may feel like you're not the same person you were before, and, as someone dealing with autoimmune conditions and chronic pain myself, I understand - I felt that way too.
Nice to Meet You!
I’m Amy Marette….I help women struggling with fatigue discover their own path to more energy so they can feel amazing and reclaim joy in life. I was once where you are.
As a survivor of autoimmune conditions, cancer, and chronic pain, I know how hard it is to be a mom, wife, employee, homemaker, and live with daily fatigue; to feel defeated and exhausted; to feel disillusioned that life has changed so drastically and feeling hopeless that I’d ever feel good again.
I looked at my young son and thought “I don’t want him to have a mom who is constantly tired, sick, and just trying to get through the day”. I wanted him to experience the real me, full of energy, zest for life, zany sense of humor, adventure, and positive energy shining through.
How I Got Back on Track
Using solid research as my foundation, I started experimenting with different health protocols including:
all kinds of diets – paleo, keto, vegan, pescatarian, whole food/plant-based (even the cabbage soup diet….oh, you too? No shame here)
juicing
extreme supplements
gym memberships
While some of these helped and most didn’t, none of them worked *as is*. In other words, I am not a computer where you plug A in and get B. Where you plug in *keto diet* and get *instant energy* or whatever the claims of the day may be.
And it’s the same for you. What works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another, and may not even work from one season of life to the next.
How I Made it Work For Me
Digging deep into my faith, I adjusted my thoughts and beliefs as I began tracking what I was doing and how I was feeling.
I started focusing on non-physical aspects of health by journalling, expressing gratitude, and diaphragmatic breathing, fostering healthy relationships, and reducing the toxins in my environment.
And I experienced a remarkable transformation. Not only did I start feeling better, I also discovered newfound joy and purpose.
Look at Your Whole Self
There’s the physical side of what you’re dealing with, which is real, often painful and can be debilitating. Then there’s the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects.
Western medicine is phenomenal at treating many of the big health conditions. We’re talking infections, broken bones, and acute illnesses such as heart conditions.
But when it comes to chronic conditions and fatigue, physical health is only one piece of the puzzle. Our health systems are missing some of the most critical ways that can help you move the needle on your fatigue.
If you’ve been focusing only on the physical aspects, I encourage you to also engage your mind, heart and spirit as well.
I developed a set of healthy habits that transformed my life – body, mind, and spirit - that focused on the whole-person:
-Sleep
-Find what foods nourish your body best. Eat more of those. Eat less (or none) of those that deplete you.
-Move your body
-Satisfy your spirit through community, connections and God.
Holistic health may sound like a lot to do, and it can be. But the key is to start slow, find what works for you, step by step. Then start building tiny habits that will support and sustain your health improvements. Keep what works and change what doesn’t.
My life has been transformed. I’m feeling positive about today and about my future. My son feels like he has his mom back. And that puts a smile on my face.

Things That Matter
I’m committed to a few key principles, values and priorities in my life and I want to share them here with you.
These are my priorities, but they don’t have to be yours. If you are respectful to others and want to be here, then you are welcome here!
I believe:
In integrity and forgiveness. I strive for it in myself and value it in others.
That every person has value for who they are. Listening and showing love to people of any background, culture, color or belief is how we start making our world a better place.
That our health goes way beyond the physical to include the whole person - heart, mind, body, spirit, relationships. Each person is unique and what works for some may not work for others.
In having fun and nurturing creativity. Life is too short not to enjoy it as much as possible, so I strive to keep things humorous and challenge myself and others to express ourselves creatively.
I put my trust in Jesus Christ. You don’t have to believe what I believe. But if I refer to God and you don’t subscribe to this, then feel free to adapt this to something you relate to, that inspires you, or you feel connected to.
In staying curious. Asking questions is in my DNA and it’s done from a place of wanting to understand, expand my horizons, connect with others, and continuously learn, rather than from a place of judgment.
