Hi, I’m Amy.
As a coach, survivor, and fellow wellness warrior, I know how exhausting chronic fatigue and health struggles can feel. I’ve faced autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and even cancer (I’m in remission now) while juggling motherhood, marriage, and career. I understand what it’s like to feel defeated and disillusioned, but I also know there’s a way forward.
I looked at my young son one day and thought, he deserves to know the real me. The one with energy. The one who shows up fully, laughs easily, and has something left at the end of the day.
That moment sparked my journey of healing and personal transformation.
