I created Rest & Recharge because I know what it's like to do "all the right things" and still wake up exhausted.
After navigating my own health journey through autoimmune diseases, cancer, and long-Covid, I became obsessed with understanding what actually works, not just what sounds good on a wellness blog.
Here’s what I learned: sleep after 40 is different. Your body's rhythms are shifting. Stress accumulates differently. Blood sugar fluctuates more. And the generic advice you find online wasn’t designed for the life you’re living now.
